At Pure Beauty Studio Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality services in a timely and professional manner. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have implemented the following policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit confirms your commitment to your scheduled time and ensures fairness for both clients and artists.
Why Are Deposits Non-Refundable?
Our artists dedicate 2 to 4 hours exclusively to your service. Once booked, that time slot is no longer available for other clients. If you cancel, fail to show up, or change your mind, it results in:
• Lost time for the artist – The reserved time cannot be filled on short notice.
• Lost income – Another client could have booked that slot.
• Disruptions to scheduling – Last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients efficiently.
For these reasons, all deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including a change of mind. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
What is a No-Show?
A “No-Show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. No-shows significantly impact our scheduling and prevent other clients from booking available time slots.
• No-shows will be recorded in your account profile.
• After a no-show, we reserve the right to require full payment in advance for all future appointments.
• If no deposit was collected, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unforeseen delays happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule. If rescheduling is required due to tardiness, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Refund Policy
At Pure Beauty Studio, we have a strict no-refund policy for all services provided. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Laser Hair Removal Packages
• Laser hair removal sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to complete your package.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, by booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality treatments and ensuring client satisfaction.
Service Adjustments & Corrections
• Permanent Makeup & Laser Services – If additional touch-ups are needed (beyond complimentary time frame offered), additional charges may apply unless explicitly stated in the service package.
• Results Disclaimer – Individual results vary, and while we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Retail Product Policy
• All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
• Skincare & Cosmetic Products – Due to hygiene standards, opened products cannot be returned for any reason.
Payment Policy
• We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers.
• All remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of service.
• For packages, memberships, or prepaid services, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Cards & Prepaid Services
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expiry dates and terms will be stated upon purchase.
• Prepaid services must be used within the specified timeframe or they will be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
To ensure the safety of all clients, please inform us before your appointment if you:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Have any allergies, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic treatments that may affect your service.
• Have recently undergone surgery, chemical peels, laser treatments, or injectables.
We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe based on health conditions or contraindications.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided to Pure Beauty Studio is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for appointment management and client care. We do not share or sell client data.
Agreement to Policies
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies. These policies are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to ensure the best experience for all clients and staff.
